Andy Gray Sacked

Sky Sports presenter Andy Gray has whipped up a storm with sexist comments made regarding a female linesman and as a result has been immediately sacked from Sky with the reason reportedly because there is "new evidence of unacceptable and offensive behaviour".

Gray, Sky's expert pundit for almost two decades in a long-standing partnership with Keys, was originally suspended yesterday after a Sunday newspaper published a transcript of the pair criticising female match official Sian Massey. The pair discussed Massey's appointment for the game at Molineux on Saturday, speaking when they believed their microphones were switched off. They agreed that female officials "don't know the offside rule", with Keys adding: "I can guarantee you there'll be a big one today. Kenny [Dalglish] will go potty."

So a shocking end to Andy Gray's tenure as Sky Sports commentator and he surely will be aggrieved by the harm his comments have done to him.

The ex wife of Steve Harvey(pictured left), Mary Harvey, has released her tell all book to the public called “ Do I have to think like a man?”. The book has been released in response to his popular title “Think like a man.” Mary Harveys book reveals his infidelity, lies and cold demeanour and the story behind the divorce which left her poor and without her son.

Mary takes to YouTube to explain her side of the story. Through her video she describes how quickly Steve moved, leaving her to find explicit emails of his extramarital affair. She says he walked out the door and left her with virtually nothing. He left her and moved to New York to an apartment he never let her see where he joined his mistress, Marjorie. The worst part she explains, she never got an apology.

So a fascinating and very public issue revealed on the youtube website and certainly will get attention from many people because of it.

jack lalanne died

Fitness guru Jack LaLanne, who for 80 years, ushered Americans into better physical shape, has died at the age of 96 yesterday. He was a pioneer of working out and an icon whose muscular physique and enthusiasm was the landmark for all TV diet experts who followed in his footsteps.

"The Godfather of Fitness" as LaLanne was affectionately called, ate well, exercised and made it his personal mission to make sure everyone else did the same. LaLanne's agent Rick Hersh told the Associated Press that he died Sunday at his Morro Bay home from respiratory failure caused by pneumonia. Elaine LaLanne, who often appeared on television with her husband, said in a statement that "I have not only lost my husband and a great American icon, but the best friend and most loving partner anyone could ever hope for."

So a sad farewell to the fitness icon who blazed a trail for all fitness regimes that were used by TV fitness programmes that followed him.

The sequel to the groundbreaking smash hit film "Mean Girls" is about to hit us. Will it be a storm of pop culture goodness like the first film? It's yet to be seen.

Writer Tina Fey was transitioning from that woman on "Saturday Night Live" to the icon she is today, and star Lindsay Lohan was riding a wave of "It" girl status that has since went up in smoke.

It can certainly never be duplicated. But that's not going to stop anyone from trying. ABC Family airs the long-delayed sequel, "Mean Girls 2," on Jan. 23, no doubt hoping that its predecessor's box office success and cult status will translate to the made-for-TV arena. That's impossible. "2," for all it's teen cattiness and unrealistically dressed high school students, cannot transcend guilty pleasure territory.

So there will surely be a wave of fans eagerly awaiting the sequel to one of the noughties biggest films and whether it's a patch on the first is to be seen.
